Quesa-Birria Tacos
(3) delicious tacos, made with two full size corn tortillas, slow cooked birria beef, melted mozzarella cheese, and topped with onions and cilantro. (Gluten Free).

Birria Quesadilla Combo
(1) big crunchy flour tortilla, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, tender birria beef, onions, cilantro and then sliced into (4) pieces.

Consome Broth
The broth where the birria beef is slow cooked in. Traditionally used as a dip, or to sip on. it comes as a side with the birria combos. if the options with a side are chosen for the event. (Gluten Free) (Dairy Free)
Others

Carne Asada Taco
Grilled steak topped with pinto beans, melted mozzarella, onions, cilantro, avocado salsa, red salsa and wrapped in a half flour half corn tortilla.

Al Pastor Tacos
Marinated pork mixed with pineapple and topped with melted mozzarella, onions, cilantro, avocado salsa and wrapped in a half flour half corn tortilla.

Chicken Tacos
Marinated chicken melted mozzarella cheese, onions, cilantro, avocado salsa and wrapped in a half flour half corn tortilla.

Nachos
Crunchy tortilla chips, topped with a couple layers of melted cheddar cheese, onions, cilantro, sour cream, jalapeños and a protein of your choice (Gluten Free).

Food Truck parking requirements
To ensure we can help make your event as memorable and seamless as possible, we kindly request that you review and consider the following information and requirements.
Our food truck works best with an outdoor parking space that is flat, leveled, and paved. Clear and unobstructed access for entry and exit is essential.
The truck dimensions are 28 feet in length, 10.5 feet in width, and 13 feet in height. Additionally, we require a site map illustrating the access route for the truck, a simple apple or google maps picture works.
as well as a photo of the designated service location where you would like the truck to serve. please keep in mind as well that our service window is on the right side of the truck
Available Restrooms
Per Washington State law, access to a restroom equipped with a hand-washing station is required. accessible for our crew while onsite.
Additional Booking Information
Please keep in mind that we carefully plan and allocate both product and labor for your event based on the selected service hours, guest count, and menu items. If there is a possibility of an increased guest count, menu changes, or a need for our team to arrive earlier or remain later than the agreed-upon schedule, we kindly request notification at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and ensure that your event proceeds as smoothly as possible.

A flat travel fee will be applied once the event location has been provided.
